We had a great stay at this cozy cottage! the welcome basket with bacon, eggs, coffee, and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch. the location was perfect, right next to a pub that served excellent food. It was surprisingly quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. Plus, the cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed, including parking.
there was no shower mat, which was a concern for our elderly relative. the coat cupboard had a damp water smell, likely from the mop stored there.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located with parking. The breakfast items provided were a nice touch.
One thing that could be improved is the access to the back garden through the French windows. It would have been great to have the option to enjoy the fresh air and the garden from the comfort of the hotel.

My partner and I stayed at Northbank Villa for a lovely weekend getaway. The property was beautifully decorated, cozy, and impeccably clean. We were delighted to find a well-stocked hamper with delicious jams, bread, coffee, and tea. The Globe Inn Marsh next door was a charming pub with a great atmosphere and tasty food. Although it could get a bit noisy on live music nights, overall it added to the vibrant ambiance. It was also convenient to have information on local walks and places of interest readily available, saving us time to explore the area. Just a short 5-minute walk to town, the location was perfect.
I do recommend this hotel.

The holiday home provided a garden and free private parking, which was a huge relief for our car, as it needed a break from the exhausting search for a parking spot in the city.
Thin mattresses in the third bedroom.

Lovely little cottage, nice and clean. the location was great, just a short walk to the old town. Oh, and they allowed our two dogs, which was a big bonus for us.
So, there were a couple of things that weren't so great. First off, there were no bin bags or tea towels provided, which was a bit odd considering how well furnished the cottage was.

The location of this holiday home is perfect, with easy access to Rye, Hastings, and Camber Sands. Guests have mentioned the convenience of off-street parking, allowing you to explore the area without worrying about finding a spot. The house itself is modern and clean, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The welcome hamper provided by the host is a thoughtful touch.
The back garden is currently undeveloped, so it may not be the most appealing place to relax outdoors.
